    Muay Thai Coach

    Adolphus Li

5 years coaching Muay Thai · Foundations over flash

Adolphus teaches the unglamorous parts first — stance, weight transfer, guard discipline — because those are the parts that keep beginners safe and make everything else land harder. If you've never thrown a punch, his room is built for you.

    Also On The Mat

Muay Thai has no belt system, so we list years coaching instead of rank. See what the program covers in the Muay Thai guide, or check every class time on the schedule.

    • Fedir Lantukh

      Muay Thai Coach

      10 years coaching Muay Thai

Teaches Muay Thai — Saturday 10:00 AM

      Focus Boxing & combination work

Fedir's classes lean on hands and combinations — how punches chain into kicks, how to keep moving after you commit. Saturday mornings are his room, and it's the most popular beginner slot on the schedule.

No. Muay Thai has no belt system. Experience is measured in years in the sport, time in the fight room, and competition or coaching history — which is why our coaches are listed by years coaching rather than rank.

Beginner Muay Thai classes are capped and beginner-only — no advanced students in the room and no sparring. Coaches correct stance and technique rep by rep. That's the entire reason the beginner track exists separately from the general classes.

Beginner-only Muay Thai runs Tuesday 6:00 PM, Wednesday 6:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM. The full schedule of 28 Muay Thai classes per month opens up once you're training. See every class time at /jiu-jitsu-schedule.

Yes. Every instructor at Logic — jiu jitsu and Muay Thai — is SafeSport Certified and has passed a background check, and there are CPR-certified instructors on staff.
