    No. Beginners do not spar at Logic. Beginner-only classes are stance, footwork, pad work and bag work — no live contact. Sparring is opt-in and only for experienced students who choose it.

    A warm-up, then shadowboxing to learn the shape of the strike, then technique taught rep by rep, then pad and bag rounds with a coach correcting you. About an hour, no live sparring, no experienced students in the room.

    Nothing to buy. Your $29 rental fee covers gloves and hand wraps for both free weeks — sanitized and ready. The gym provides heavy bags, Thai pads and shin guards. Bring athletic clothes and a water bottle. Stay past day 14 and your own gloves and wraps are included free.
