Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Basics

Our Basics Jiu Jitsu program allows our students to take their game to the next level. This program was designed to help our students progress and develop their individual game through goal-oriented training strategies. We will dive more into the intricate details of each position, learning more advanced attacks, defenses, and transitions. The Basics program consists of 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes of live sparring/rolling. Participation for this class is blue belts and up.
